From dedicated teams of engineers and trainers who are allocated on a geographical basis so that you really get to know ‘your’ local McLernons contact, to the engineers in the workshop, the developers who strive to bring the very latest in pharmacy IT to our customers, our accounts team who work hard to keep our business and yours running smoothly and our professional and friendly Customer Services Advisers.
Most of our staff have been with us for over 10 years, some as many as 25, and all of them will go the extra mile to help our customers. Many of them are graduates and all of them receive continuous external and internal training to ensure that we really are the best in the business and that we are continuously working for pharmacy.
