The McLernons team were delighted to welcome over 60 contractors to our over-subscribed customer day, aimed at helping our customers build a profitable future with McLernons.

It was a pleasure to share the  latest developments in our MPS suite of products with customers who had taken time out from their busy dispensaries to attend the event – our senior trainers Sandra and Niamh demonstrated the newest innovations in MPS Retail (EPoS), and the powerful tools within  the latest version of our MPS Dispensing  software which have been designed to streamline workflow and improve efficiency in your pharmacy

.

We were also delighted to welcome Martin Lethbridge from WatchGuard, with whom we partner to offer a platform of IT security services. Martin provided expert advice on how pharmacists can protect their  pharmacy and personal data and increase their IT security in their business and prompted food for thought when discussing common methods used by IT hackers to gain access to health data.

Brian Battles from Pharmacy Success was the main speaker in the afternoon session, giving practical advice on issues such as staff training, margin maximisation, HSE claim recovery and operational efficiency consulting, all of which can help strengthen the pharmacy bottom line.

The intent of the customer day was to give our customers valuable ideas to help drive profitability and operational success in their business, and we were delighted to receive great feedback from those who attended.
