The end of the year is a time to look back on the challenges faced and overcome and to plan for the next twelve months.

As a wise man once said, ‘the only constancy is change’ and this has been true in 2024. As new pharmacy services are rolled out asking more of you and your staff you have also had to grapple with increased overheads, a shortage of pharmacists and a level of remuneration which is making your businesses less financially viable.

As we come to the end of another challenging year for community pharmacy we would like to thank our customers for their loyalty throughout 2024. We will continue to support you in the coming year with innovative pharmacy IT solutions to help you run your business and care for your patients.
