McLernons are very proud of our team of trainers who are spread across the country and assigned to our customers on a regional basis.

We are delighted to announce that two new trainers have joined our existing team of six, and we welcome Gráinne Kelly and Sandra Lewis to McLernons

Gráinne will be joining the trainers looking after McLernons’ customers in the Midlands and we asked her to tell us a little about herself.

“I have over 9 years’ experience working in a community pharmacy – the last 6 as a full-time pharmacy technician. I recently completed a Higher Diploma in Science in Computing from the Technological University of Dublin, Blanchardstown, where I achieved a First Class Honours. I decided I would like a new challenge where I could possibly combine my pharmaceutical experience with my interest in technology, and this is what brought me to McLernons.”

Robin Hanna, Director, said, “I am very proud of everyone who works with me at McLernons, from the developers and engineers, sales and accounts, and our teams of engineers and trainers who are the ‘face’ of the business, meeting our customers on a daily basis.”

“Over the years our team of trainers have built up wonderful relationships with their customers, assisting them as transition to McLernons if they are switching to us from another IT system, helping them through the first few days of using our software and always being there to answer follow-up calls or requests. “
