McLernons are very proud of our team of trainers who are spread across the country and assigned to our customers on a regional basis.

This means that customers can build a relationship with ‘their’ trainer, and they can expect to see the same face and hear the same voice on the phone should they need additional help or training.

We are delighted to announce that two new trainers have joined our existing team of six, and we welcome Gráinne Kelly and Sandra Lewis to McLernons.

Our new colleague, Sandra, will be based mainly in the South, and has been working in community pharmacies for almost two decades.

“I first started working in pharmacies 18 years ago, where my role changed from dispensary assistant to pharmacy technician and pharmacy manager, based mainly in the Limerick and Tipperary areas. I am looking forward to taking on a new challenge and look forward to using my experience, knowledge and understanding of the community pharmacy in joining the team of trainers.”
