Ways in which McLernons support community pharmacy
At McLernons we try to support community pharmacies in Ireland in many different ways – not just by providing great pharmacy business IT solutions, but by sponsoring awards and attending conferences organized by your representative bodies.
We are very proud of the fact that we have sponsored the two pharmacy awards ceremonies north and south of the border since their inception, as we believe it is very important to provide a platform for pharmacists to champion their hard work and care for their patients.
At both awards we sponsor awards aimed at the independent community pharmacy, highlighting the ways in which they support their community and use technology in an innovative way.
In addition to the Pharmacy in Focus awards (NI) and the Irish Pharmacy Awards we also supported the Life Pharmacy Awards and the TotalHealth Conference.
And the last few months have been busy for our trainers and sales team as we have had a presence at the IPU Conference in Athlone in April and the National Pharmacy Association (NPA) Members’ Event in Belfast in June.
Keith McLernon, Managing Director, said, “Our business has been supporting your business for over 40 years, and this extends far beyond the provision of innovative software solutions for your dispensary and your front of shop.”
“Sponsoring awards which celebrate the successes of the profession and shine a spotlight on the hard work, dedication and commitment of community pharmacies up and down the country.”
“Booking exhibition spaces at your conferences and making our highly knowledgeable trainers and engineers available to chat to you on an informal basis plays a vital role in building real and lasting relationships with our customers. Our sales team love the opportunity to demonstrate any new features and advise on new modules such as Scriptfinder which can help you run your business.”
“We also sponsor the annual North South Chemists Golf competition, happening in the next few weeks, and hope to see a few of our customers out on the fairways!”
